Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will maintain, repair, and improve our 23 commericial and residential properties. We will provide you with a company van, tools, gas card, credit card, and cell phone for you to fix the smallest and biggest job.

• Wage: $26.50 to $27.50 per hour based upon years of experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

How will you make a difference?

• Repairs, and improves physical property so that the property and equipment are maintained to assure safety, good working order and neatness in appearance.

• Respond quickly to fix and repair broken HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance issues.

• Monitors and/or maintain property grounds so that the properties are safe, neat and attractive.

• Respond to property emergencies and resolve them. Maintains and reorder supplies of parts to repair HVAC, plumbing, and other property repairs.

• Follow OSHA regulations to minimize accidents on properties and ensure a safe environment for both our employees and people with disabilities.

What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?

• High School/GED is required, plus two years of maintenance experience
