Job Summary:

The Work Skills Instructor is flexible, dependable and team player. You will provide coaching and support to individuals with disabilities within our production facilities, located in either Minnetonka or Plymouth.

• Wage: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

How will you make a difference?

1. Organize, stage and operate production line
2. Inspect quality of our products
3. Document production counts and track product due dates
4. Assist other production staff with shipping and receiving
5. Train and coach individuals on product assembly
6. We will train you to operate necessary equipment and be a certified forklift driver

What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?

• High school degree or GED
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Minimum of one year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Computer experience with MS Office and other CRM systems.
