  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Wage: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will work with people in the community to grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible. You will have fun while working and laugh every day with a great team!

As part of team, you will help our people with disabilities in the following areas:

  • Plan and deliver social and creative activities
  • Drive individuals using Opportunity Partners' van to different locations within the metropolitan area.
  • Communicate & collaborate with the client’s representative, county case manager, referral sources, co-workers for Opportunity Partners supported services.
  • Coach and guide our people with disabilities to reach their goals
  • Grow and develop their social skills

The areas listed below represent our preferred experience, and we’re excited to see how your strengths and perspective can contribute to our team’s success.

  • One year of experience in human services.
  • High school degree or GED
  • Valid Driver’s license is required
