Job Summary:

As a Job Support Coach, you will help our clients with disabilities to successfully work and earn a paycheck at our customer’s sites in the metro area. You will travel to all of our customer sites in the metro area to back up our Job Support Coaches during their absences. We are seeking someone who is agile, flexible, and a collaborator. One day you will be assisting people at a production site, another day you will assist people with janitorial work and mailroom work. We are looking for an agile person who blends into customer sites and enjoys driving to multiple locations to support our team members and persons served.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Wage: $20.00 per hour

As part of team, you will help our clients with disabilities in the following areas:

  • Train, coach, and assist our clients with disabilities while working at our business customer’s site doing either janitorial or mailroom or production work

  • Learn what it means to successfully work with others

  • Assist our clients with disabilities develop and enhance their work skills

  • Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoy

  • Grow and develop their social skills
